Which size should I choose?
Each bracelet page has a size guide. Measure the wrist with a soft tape or a strip of paper and add about 2 cm (0.8 in). Not sure? Most adults wear 21 cm. Necklaces have an adjustable chain.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order in 1–3 business days. Delivery to the US takes about 8–15 business days after that.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order.
Does it come in a gift box?
It depends on the piece. Each product page says exactly what is in the package. For example, our engraved bracelet comes in a gift box with a printed message card.
