Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at SealIt Pro. We offer free shipping on every order to the United States and the European Union.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

United States: 8-14 business days

European Union: 10-20 business days

These are estimates measured from dispatch, not guarantees. Customs processing and carrier delays can extend them.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase and no handling fees added at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 days for the first tracking update to appear, as carriers scan parcels only after they leave the origin facility.

Delays

During peak seasons, or because of customs or weather, delivery can take longer than the estimates above. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will refund or resend it, as described in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can correct an address only before the order is dispatched, usually within 24 hours of ordering.
