We stand behind SealIt Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

Condition of returned items

Please return items in the condition you received them, with the included accessories where possible (reusable bags, jar adapter, bottle stopper, charging cable). We understand the product has to be used to be judged, so normal use does not void your guarantee.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to display it.

Return shipping

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Orders that have not arrived

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 8-14 business days within the United States and 10-20 business days within the European Union. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will refund or resend it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch, which is usually within 24 hours of ordering.

European Union - right of withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This statutory right applies in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
